Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Product was not ordered or was ordered mistakenly by the client
  • Must be returned in its original, undamaged, unopened/re-sealed package

To start a return, please call us at 602-980-4132 to arrange for a pick-up. All deliveries are local, and no shipping charges apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds are given as account credit. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will issue the refund in the form of account credit.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
